As the number of COVID-19 cases increase, Gastrointestinal Associates has implemented additional precautions to protect patients and employees.
We now are offering telehealth appointments, so our patients can be seen from the safety of their home. Please call us at 865-588-5121, and choose option #2 to learn more or request a telehealth appointment.
For essential procedures and office visits, we are continuing to restrict those appointments to patients only. Family members, companions or other visitors will need to drop off patients at the exterior doors and pick them up after their appointment. Patients must call before visiting for any appointment, so that we can perform the required verbal screening and provide the most up-to-date information for your visit.
We will continue to monitor COVID-19’s impact and recommended actions by the CDC and the Knox County Health Department and will provide updates as available.
