1. *Dr. Atawil the best!
*Dr. Altawil is the best. He is always caring, thorough, and genuine in his visits. He made sure my condition was handled as quickly and effectively as possible.
**Dr. Altawil immediately expressed his sympathy for my loss of spouse due to esophageal cancer & thanked me for all the notes I faxed ahead of visit. He also reassured me he would help me, at the end of my visit.
*Dr. Atawil and the nurse practitioner took time to explain things well. I was also called the day after the procedure to see how I was doing.
My husband and I had back-to-back appointments. Explanations and dialog with me were informative, succinct, and exactly what was needed. I then joined my husband - anxious to hear again the explanations and let him make his own choices about path forward. His explanation was far less than what I had experienced. I wanted him to hear first hand from the doctor and make his choice independently and I think the doctor assumed that I had already briefed him and informed him of my choice for care.
I liked the fact that Dr. Altawil sat down in front of me on my level and spoke to me in terms I could understand
Dr. Altawil is not only a good and knowledgeable doctor, but he is kind and cares. He is easy to trust with my healthcare.
I have confidence in Dr. Altawil's knowledge and decisions.
